And the sporty types get out their skiis and dig the ka-razy scene.

It's nice to know some things never change: Vancouver coming to a complete standstill over a couple inches of snow! The drivers are terrifyingly bad enough in this town in the best of conditions! You're not joking about the smash-ups...
